I just had my appointment and I am beyond happy. Dr Rachel Liang is so knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile with her patients. Thanks Dr Liang and thank you to the lovely reception staff, I had a really good experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about 360UV. Great service, always friendly and professional. The last time I visited, I arrived 30 minutes early and was seen 20 minutes before my actually appointment. Some times I have experienced longer wait times, but this is to be expected with the nature of the business, and if anything, is a reflection of the care the staff take with each patient/client. They have found and treated several separate skins cancers to this date, and anytime spent in the waiting room, has been well and truly compensated by the fact that my life expectancy has undoubtedly been extended. The technology and experience within the clinic and the aftercare is fantastic, and I recommend anyone concerned about their skin to visit the clinic.

Dr Rachel Liang did (what felt like a very thorough) skin cancer check yesterday: very professional but not patronising at all. She provided advice about future skin care and was remarkably empathetic, courteous and kind.

Minor removal of BCC behind ear - wanted to put me in Sole'vita surgery theatre @$700 additional charge. This type of surgery is done by a skin specialist at no extra charge for the facility.
