I’ve been going to 4D Skin Clinic since the day they opened, and I can honestly say they’re amazing. The admin team is super helpful and friendly, making the booking of appointments easy. They’re always polite, professional and make you feel welcome from the start. The doctors there are all specialised in further training of skin cancer medicine, they know their stuff and really listen to what you need. The clinic offers a wide range of treatments, so no matter what your skin goals are, they’ve got you covered. They explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. The clinic is spotless and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, which really enhances the overall experience. I would highly recommend 4D Skin Clinic to anyone seeking exceptional care for all their skincare needs!!!
My experiences with the Dermatologist have been excellent. However , the laser treatment on my face to remove brown spots and red veins in the nurse led clinic had no effect. The nurse tried a second time and my face was quite red and hot for a number of hours but there was no result whatsoever. I am making people aware of this as it cost me $500 and I wasn’t offered any sort of refund or complimentary treatment. I could have bought an LED face mask for this price. I feel like I wasted a lot of money for nothing. I think a sample section of skin should tested for a small price to see if there is a positive outcome before investing such a large sum of money for possibly no effect.
Dr Maria Reeves did my skin check and was by far the most amazing beautiful Doctor I have ever come across. She made the experience so comfortable and was very professional. Such a lovely person. I wouldn’t ever go elsewhere now.
The staff are all wonderfully friendly and organised. Dr Clara Balcells is the sweetest doctor I have ever met. She’s very thorough and her procedures have been perfect. Love 4D 😊
I saw Dr. Maria on Friday - what an absolute delight she is! I was so comfortable with her and when I had to pop across for a removal, she made me feel very calm. If I had to nit pick, I would say that it was a little disappointing to not be sent home with any dressings, which meant that I had to run around the next day finding some and the nurse was a little inconsistent with her after care instructions - but I have been seeing them for years and feel very safe with them
