Very impressed & highly recommend! Dr Prakash was very welcoming and made it seem like all my ‘issues’ were easy fixes! I went in for one type of laser and asked about some other skin concerns. He was able to target them all on the spot! He openly discussed what he could do + the price, without making it awkward or pressuring me. Quick and painless! He even suggested some other procedures that could be good for me in future (again not in a pressuring way, nor in a way that made me feel like an ugly troll who NEEDED work!) He even suggested some scar treatment for an unrelated issue. Really happy with the process and the price.
The staff here are simply amazing, professional, caring and compassionate. This business isn't just about money for them they truly care how you feel and they care about helping you achieving your goals. I get Lazer hair removal, botox and fillers done here. I see all different staff and I am met with the same level of love and care regardless who I am seen by. I was 160kg when I started coming to them and was so embarrassed while getting lazer hair removal but honestly in 10 minutes I felt so at ease they made me feel gorgeous 😍
