First time getting fillers and Nurse Brooke was super thorough and explained everything to me, she helped calm my fears by answering all of my questions (of which there were a lot) and didn’t judge me or rush me to make a decision despite the nerves. She has a lot of experience injecting which shows in her care and execution of the injectables. She was careful and stepped me through the whole process - which resulted in instant results and no bruising at all!! 3 days later and my swelling is minimal. You’ll be in good hands with Nurse Brooke!
Bad experience. I specifically requested an appointment with the founder, thinking I’d be in the best hands possible. I went in only for a lower blepharoplasty consultation, but instead he suggested three additional procedures, saying they were “necessary” to achieve a refreshed appearance. I’m well aware that many things can be done, but for me, the lower eyelid surgery alone was enough to address the tired look under my eyes. It was very disappointing — I left feeling sad and bad about myself. Afterwards, it became clear it was really just a sales pitch, which I found quite off-putting and frankly, a bit disgusting. Years later, I went to Melbourne for the same consultation and the difference was incredible. The plastic surgeon there treated my concerns with genuine respect, starting by asking how I felt the surgery would change me and how it might affect my perception of myself. It was a totally different experience — truly night and day compared to Perth.
I've had a couple of treatments at Absolute Cosmetic, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff are incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and professional — they made me feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. Every step was clearly explained, and the service was seamless.
