Never runs on time, for consultations, procedures and checkups he’s consistently 30 minutes - an hour late just for 10 minutes of your time and $200. He is a very good dermatologist medically speaking. However, the doctor feels very rushed, even after important procedures involving Med Certs, scripts and care instructions, he was rushing off to another patient (who he probably had waiting for an hour!) before finishing my appointment and answering my questions. But after reading the rest of the reviews I wish I read them before I came here! Book with a different Dermatologist if you value your time!

So disappointed! He doesn’t listen to you at all and just rushes through the consultation to charge you about $250 for only five minutes of his time. I had two sessions and got so disappointed.

Based on the consistent reviews about unprofessional appointment management and general.lack of consideration for patients time, I decided not to use this practice. I'm posting because I hope it may help the practice prioritise addressing these patience concerns if they learn their bad reviews are losing them ongoing and new business.

I have been seeing Dr Miller for 30 years and without a doubt he really is the best. I recently had another biopsy but this time it was aBCC which needed MOHs surgery in Sydney. This was organised for me and I am very grateful for the care I have been given by this practice over the past 30 years. Hopefully he does not retire in the short term. Oh and yes, I too have had to wait foilr 1hr or more, but I don't mind as Dr Miller gives you the time like he does all his patients. Excellent Dermatologists and helpful and professional staff.

I was given an appointment at a particular time. I received an appointment reminder one week earlier with the advise that cancellation within 24 hours would be charged in full fees to which I responded that I won't be able to attend appointment with any longer than 15 minutes waiting time. When I called on the day of appointment to ask about timing I was advised that they are running 25 min plus. I advised the surgery that I am not able to attend late appointment due to my other commitments and was told that I might have to pay cancellation fees. I responded that my appointment is at 3:45 pm and that is the time I am able to attend but not much later than that. Be careful with booking an appointment with this surgery. All other reviewers indicate the same issues. Surprisingly, they are able to survive as a business with this sloppy practice. The practice is actually Dr Drummond’s practice.
