I had a fantastic experience with Morgan. From the moment I walked in, Morgan was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about my well-being. The treatment was highly effective—Morgan really took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most is that Morgan is not out to rip people off—no unnecessary upselling, just honest, skilled, and results-driven care. I left feeling so much better and confident I was in good hands. Highly recommend Morgan if you’re looking for a chiropractor who is both trustworthy and truly skilled.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage done by therapist Alex. It was really really good - firm pressure which is what I wanted. Her professional and courteous demeanour from the time I stepped into the clinic to the time I left was admirable. Thank you Alex !

Lacking on open disclosure - felt really good during the ‘free’ consult but wasn’t given any heads up that the skin care regime was going to be over $1000. Felt overwhelmed and pressured when I got to the counter and was told the price in front of other customers waiting. I see this is common from reading past reviews. Highly recommend the prices are discussed in the consultations.

I was very disappointed with my treatment. I arrived on time the computer and internet were down. I was given a form to fill out even though I had been to the salon before. My 60 min treatment was cut short to 50 and I was told this was because I was late and had to use my massage time to fill out a form because I had not been to the salon before. I paid for a 60 min deep tissue massage with Alex however it was not deep tissue nor firm and she forgot my neck and shoulders even though I had specifically requested a focus on my back shoulders and neck. I won’t be back

Sad that i have to write this post as I have always had great experiences at this salon. I work away so booked my appointment for my first hydro facial on line with a specific therapists as ive had mates have great results with her . Get a phone call that my appointment has to be pushed back 15 minutes - not a problem , get to the salon and taken to the treatment room , had to ask the therapist her name , not the therapist i requested , I said i specifically asked for Bec , she said say she had gone home sick , no problem - but would I of been told if i didnt ask? 20 minutes later the treatmeant was over - no explanation of what was used during it and given a mirror and told "look how good your skin looks ", still could see blackheads on my nose and my skin was drier than before i went in for the treatment , no discusions or shown what products were used after the treatment either , as it was after 5pm on Saturday , whole treatment felt rushed and I left with a face that felt like all of its moisture was sucked out of instead of the glow that i thought id get from a hyrdo facial. Waited a few days thinking maybe ill see something better skin wise but nothing $200 DOWN THE DRAIN! RIPPED OFF is an understatement! Maybe some of your Junior therapist need more training in this space and with their customer service?
