I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, Rhi, who made me feel comfortable. She had an in depth discussion on what results to expect and of any side effects that were highly improbable. Georgia, my clinician was bright and friendly as well. She explained what the process would feel like and what steps she would take so I wasn’t in for anything unexpected. I thank them both for their services. It has been one month since my procedure and there is a subtle positive change in my face and neck. Looking forward to the next two months to see it continue.
I had a lovely experience at Advanced Dermatology! I received a warm welcome from the ladies at the reception. I was then taken back to discuss the treatment with the nurse, she was thorough and clearly outlined what to expect. I was then greated by the lovely Gen who completed the treatment for me, she made me feel at ease and made the whole experience great! I was amazed at how comfortable I felt throughout.
