I've been getting laser treatments here since last year with Kyla and have loved every treatment. She is super lovely and makes the experience very comfortable. I found waxing too uncomfortable for my underarms and legs as well as it being inconvenient. I originally went to a bigger company but said my legs and underarms too light so I went looking for another clinic. I had an initial appointment and that went very well. I barely now have much hair growth on my legs and not much for my underarms. Thank you Kyla for making every appointment feel like luxury. 1000% recommend.
Wouldn’t recommend this for self care as its not very nurturing or enjoyable. You feel like you are in and out and like its maintenance for a car and that not what I want for my skin. They also use gloves when touching your skin which is just such a gross feeling! There are plenty of skin clinics where the clinicians don’t have to wear gloves so I dont think it’s necessary and if it is protocol at this clinic then I wouldn’t recommend going here.
I've been seeing Kyla for over a year now to improve the condition of my skin and I've seen remarkable results. Kyla is very honest and transparent. Her prices are very affordable and she doesn't try to push unnecessary extras on to her clients. Plus, I love her bright, bubbly personality and our chats while I'm getting my treatment!
My first time getting laser hair removal and happy I chose this place. Kayla was just amazing and informative and extremely professional. I 100% felt at ease under her care. I wasnt feeling rushed at all despit me arriving 5-10 monutes behind schedule. She's super understanding and the procedure went down quickly. I will definitely be back. In the end, you can't replace good client service or satisfaction.
