Following my appointment today with Bianca, I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly! During my consultation, she took the time to explain the products and treatments she recommended, why they were right for my skin, and how they would support my long-term results. Her knowledge of Laser Genesis and PRP was especially impressive. She clearly explained what results I could realistically expect, which made me feel completely reassured about the process. Her honest, evidence-based approach made me trust her completely! Bianca truly combines advanced expertise with such a warm and personable manner. I left feeling informed, cared for, and genuinely excited about my results. If you’re considering aesthetic treatments, you’ll be in expert hands! ✨

I went today to Aesthetics at alike for my first appointment and I was blown away. The clinic is so beautiful and as an OT myself I love that it is fully accessible for people with mobility needs. It is also so amazing that the profits from aesthetics at alike go back to helping those in need. They have honestly thought of everything! Bianca was so lovely, took so much time to explain everything and made a really comprehensive plan that targeted my goals and suited to my needs. She knew exactly what she was talking about and explained the science and evidence behind the products and treatments. On top of that, the treatment itself was lovely, my skin looks amazing and I went home feeling refreshed and relaxed! Highly recommended!

I visited Aesthetics At Alike on 12 February 2026. I had an Excel V+ treatment with Bianca. My experience started with emailing the clinic to ask some questions about their treatment options. Bianca was quick to respond and replied with a very detailed outline of what potential treatments would be available to me. Bianca went above and beyond to really explain the options, as well as post treatment expectations. I then booked to see Bianca on the same day. At the appointment, Bianca throughly discussed my concerns and goals, and described the treatment options with me again. Bianca was sure to cover off and side potential side effects and answered all of my questions. As for the treatment, it was very comfortable, with Bianca regularly checking to see how I was tolerating the laser (it's quite gentle if anyone is concerned - very minimal pain). Bianca was very thorough throughout the treatment and left me feeling very confident. I will definitely be back to visit again, and I hope Alike continues to add more lasers/treatments to their menu. I highly recommend a visit to anyone who is considering this clinic. Bianca was fantastic, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. On a side note, it was fantastic to hear the story of Alike and how their facilities are completely accessible for people with disability. The space they have designed is fantastic and it's inspiring to see a dedicated team looking to improve our community.

I’ve just had a phenomenal experience at Aesthetics at Alike. Bianca & Liz are just wonderful. They both made me feel extremely at ease and were easy to chat to about different services they offer. I was able to make informed decisions about what I wanted, and feel very confident in the plan they put together for me. Thank you Bianca & Liz, so appreciate your calm & caring vibez, can’t wait to see you again in a few weeks. You’ve got yourselves a long term customer ❤️ UPDATE: after being a client of Dr Liz & B for several months now, I cannot believe the changes in my skin. I went to Dr Liz & B as a pre-wedding glow up and boy did they deliver! Not only did I feel so confident on my wedding day, but they were also such great hype girls in the lead up. You’re in safe hands with these girls.

I could not recommend Bianca highly enough!! From my first consultation, Bianca made me feel well-informed, comfortable and heard. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to tailor her approach to each patient. She took the time to listen to my medical history, my past and current skin concerns and what I was looking for in future treatment. During my first Botox treatment she made sure that I fully understood the treatment, the process, the timeline of seeing results and the numbers I could call if I had any concerns, and the consultation with Dr Liz made me feel reassured and comfortable. I’m very afraid of needles and when I felt a bit light-headed, Bianca stopped and reassured me to make me feel safe, and helped me to feel 100% again. I walked out feeling safe, comfortable and not judged. I want to personally thank Bianca for making the entire procedure seamless and comfortable, and for administering a treatment that has let me feel confidence that I haven’t felt in years.
