Su-en was gentle and informative in her approach. I’ve had cosmetic treatments at other clinics before but this was the first time I had felt calm before & during the actual treatment. Su-en talked through what was involved in the procedure and she discussed possible after effects (which I’d heard before & know it’s a legal requirement).
