Tracy, the reception lady is extremely rude And made my experience horrible. She was uncooperative and had such an attitude. I’m sure the rest of the staff are lovely, but I didn’t get an opportunity to see for myself as I was so put off by Tracy’s attitude that I didn’t want to go through with my original appointment anymore
