I’ve been visiting the Indooroopilly clinic for laser hair removal for over a year now for legs, arms and add ons and I can say that every session has been amazing and worth it. My then thick hair has significantly thinned out in all areas. I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Aimee several times. Aimee is truly amazing, friendly, and professional. She always listens to my concerns and adjusts treatment times to suit my needs. The rest of the team at the Indooroopilly centre are also super friendly, easy to talk to and helpful especially when you need to cancel and rebook appointments. Most importantly, the clinic uses advanced laser technology designed for all skin types, which makes treatments inclusive. I’m grateful to the Indooroopilly team for making every visit such a positive one for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for laser hair treatments.

I had a great first laser hair removal session here. I was lucky enough to have Aimee as my attending laser tech. She was very professional but still chatted to me throughout the appointment just to put me at ease. I had a number of questions before treatment and Aimee was able to answer them confidently and offer me some post treatment advice which made the whole experience completely uncomplicated and pain-free. The clinic itself is also very convenient and seemingly spotless. Looking forward to my next session.

I've had 15 sessions of facial removal here and still have a lot of facial hair around my chin. During the last session the practitioner and I were discussing how unusual it was that I'd still have any facial hair after so many sessions, and we realized it was because I've been on a super low level for the facial laser the entire time, which should not have happened. At the beginning we had this ongoing process of gradually increasing intensity to make the procedure more effective, but this stopped around session 7 of 15. I understand that everyone's experience is different, and that I might just be unlucky with how resilient my facial hair is, but it's extremely frustrating to still not have the results I want after spending so much money on sessions, and have my anxieties confirmed by one of the specialists. I'm a trans lady, and so it's extremely important that the hair removal is comprehensive. If this review was for just the first 5 sessions or so, I'd say 3 stars. But I feel like my money has been wasted on the sessions since then. Which sucks, everyone there is super nice.

Meg was an amazing therapist and very knowledgeable. She was not forceful or trying to sell products the whole treatment and was instead very educational and suggested a practical and achievable skincare plan

Very disappointed with my session today. The technician missed several areas and refused to fix them after I pointed it out, even after saying she would. The treatment felt rushed and careless, and I didn’t even request my usual add-on because I knew it would be a waste of money. I left with incomplete results and feeling dismissed. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expect.
