I recently visited because I purchased a laser hair removal package. The woman who served me was just so lovely! She said she was the manager but I don’t know her name (had tattoos and dark hair) she was just so helpful and knowledgeable and genuine. It’s honestly such a breath of fresh air to come across people like this. Highly recommend
I can’t say enough good things about Candace. She has been absolutely wonderful with my daughter — kind, patient, and incredibly professional. She always makes her feel comfortable and well cared for, and the results speak for themselves. We’re so grateful for Candace and highly recommend her.
Yasmine is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable during my laser hair removal session and explained everything clearly. The results have been fantastic, and her professionalism and kindness make the whole experience so easy. Highly recommend!
Genuinely, do not go here. I purchased 12 treatments and was met with some of the rudest customer service and absolutely zero consistency in their processes. One time, the laser technician didn’t even leave the room for me to undress - she just stood there intensely, it was incredibly uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. On top of that, they marked me as having three “no-shows” (even though I called to cancel each time) and only informed me months later, after I followed up myself, that I wasn't able to make up for the appointments. There was absolutely no communication about this. So i lost money, wasted my time, and the treatment didn’t even work. i’m not one to write a review, but this was atrocious
I had my laser hair removal treatment with Yasmine late in the afternoon, and she was absolutely fantastic. She had such great energy, an amazing eye for detail, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciate when someone brings such a positive attitude and genuine care to what they do—thank you, Yasmine!
