Tried to charge me $700 for rhino filler when I only had one small indentation I wanted to fix. Wouldn’t feel or assess my nose before talking dollars. He put a tiny unit in the indent which didn’t work and proceeded to charge me $500 because I complained. Have since been to another clinic that fixed everything and created the symmetry Dr Umed told me wasn’t possible. He was rude, unfriendly and doesn’t care about his patients, only the money. There was no follow up care either. Do not go here!!

Highly recommend DR Umed clinics for anti wrinkle and filler treatments. I have been seeing the team on the Gold Coast for roughly 4 years now. I normally see Dr Umed himself- who is amazing! But I also strongly recommend Nurse Vish. He is the most gentle injector I have EVER experienced. He is also super friendly and makes you feel really comfortable about the treatment. No matter who treats you at the hope island clinic (sometimes I just select any practitioner when booking online) you will always get 10/10 professional service. All the staff are lovely and professional. And the results, are exceptional. Thank you DR Umed and Vish.
I have seen Dr Umed and staff for many years. Unfortunately I have to edit my review. I am disappointed by results. I needed a thorough assessment. Was not provided. Now my previous fillers are hurting and moving. Dr Umed and team did not address those serious painful issues. I asked and Maybe I am too old (51yrs)? I hope they will listen to other older women like myself.
