I have had the same Botox Specialist for 10 years and the Company closed down. I had a referral from my work colleague to see Dr Lee, said he was amazing etc. I was so anxious but booked my first appointment (have had more since) and it was the best thing I ever did. He is amazing, he listens, does not push things you cannot afford, works with you. Cannot recommend him enough and I never write google reviews, he is worth it!! He has a loyal customer for life!!
I had a lot of questions for Dr. Lee prior to deciding if I would proceed with my first treatment. Dr Lee was incredibly patient and took the time to discuss all of my concerns as well as the anatomy and process. The process itself was pretty painless compared to what I have heard it could be like. I'm very glad one of my friends had recommended me to visit Dr. lee, thanks again for the positive experience 😊 I'll definitely be back for more!

I was there yesterday to get Revlite Laser Toning. It turned out as a disaster & I am not going back at all! It was a birthday gift to myself & I was willing to buy a package of three sessions. Apart from the painful experience, the nurse damaged my tattooed eyebrow. Two third of my tattoo is gone & my right eyebrow is damaged. Not only I didn’t receive a good skin treatment, but also I lost my tattoo. The nurse should have been careful & should have covered the eyebrow area. Use experienced staff to apply treatments. Worse than that, they didn’t send me the review form as they knew I would write a complaint, that’s awful. In response to your feedback, please note I visited the Sunnybank bclinic in July 2024 for a treatment & received a review feedback email immediately, do you wish to see it as a proof? The damage is already done & there is no way to fix it. I went home & had to deal with an unhappy and angry husband as he was anxious about the treatment. When he saw me, I had no comment to convince him of what happened. Logically an experienced practitioner knows her job well & more is expected from him/her to avoid any mishaps. Don’t follow up more as I don’t wish to get more damages. Thanks.
