What a delightful place! I found Li to be knowledgeable, kind, lovely natured and most importantly skilled. Li took her time carefully administering her treatment, constantly checking and explaining her precise work. She never tried to upsell and very well priced. Her work is one of careful consideration and precision . Highly recommend, love these subtle differences she has made . Thank you Li. 🫶

I've been going to Li for a few years now, and I recommend her to everyone! She is so lovely and makes you feel comfortable; she's extremely professional and completely qualified at performing a range of cosmetic procedures with consistent and excellent results; she's always on time and her communication is always friendly with quick responses; and you really won't find her quality of work at her prices anywhere else! One of my friends have also been seeing her since my recommendation and she's always super happy with Li and the whole seamless process and great results 😊 Honestly, you won't find better than Li; I highly urge you to give her a go, you won't be disappointed 😊😊

I got my Botox and lip fillers done by Li, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is Li one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, but she’s also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which made me feel completely at ease. I recently moved from Germany to Australia and had always gotten my fillers done back in Germany. This was my first time getting them done here, and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had. For the first time in my life, my lips didn’t bruise or hurt afterwards. They looked amazing the very next day—no bruising, no heavy swelling, just perfect results. I’ve definitely found my go-to! Thank you so much, Li! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

I got lip filler which was done by Li. She made me feel comfortable and was very professional with every question I had for her about the treatment. She thoroughly took her time to ensure perfection and I’m beyond happy with the result. I’ve already recommended her to my friends for any treatments they wish to have!

I'm 65yrs old and wanting thread lifts to my jowls. After searching locally I came across Barbie. Love Medispa. I rang the clinic and spoke to Li and made an appointment for the next day, 16 May. Without a lie, I have never entered a more beautifully laid out clinic entrance nor such a sense of calm and true honesty in all it displays. Li was waiting for me and wow! she is more than beautiful, such a kind, caring, patient clinician who listened and advised me about all my concerns. So without hesitation, I wanted Li to be the clinician who'll do all my cosmetic procedures on this journey. After having crooked microblading brows done two days before elsewhere, I wanted my frown lines and very deep 11's done immediately, I had this idea that brow treatment might lift the crooked one a little. If not, then it doesn't matter because my brow lines needed treatment anyway. Below pic before brow line treatment showing my new crooked eyebrows. I'll post again next Wed showing the changes to my brow lines and if the crooked brows look better, fingers crossed. It's also the big day I have the threads done, some wrinkle treatment and possibly my lips. Stay tuned for my exciting journey with Li at Barbie. Love Medispa. Again, I cannot express enough how calm and confident Li made me feel. She truly is such a lovely and professional young woman. Well folks, Wed 21/05/25, I had the threads to my jowls, lip filler and crows feet anti-wrinkle. Firstly though, you can see my forehead is a lot smoother, my frown lines less deeper and I believe the crooked brow is looking less crooked than it was, this is only 5 days after the procedure. Photos below are my before and today photos. There is much difference already. I do have dimpling in my cheeks but beautiful Clinician Li has assured me these will settle along with the swelling over the days and weeks ahead. Li is what you'd describe as an artist. She is a perfectionist who studies the face throughout the procedure to get a flawless result. I felt very confident with her cosmetic work and am excited and patient to see it all settle into place.
