The best massage we’ve had in Melbourne! What an amazing, relaxing experience! The room was so clean and cozy, the tea they served very yummy, the pre-massage ritual was informative & open and the actual massage was chef’s kiss!! My husband booked a 90-minute customized journey for my birthday yesterday. This started and ended with breathwork, letting me calm down and relax my whole body down the table. The massage itself targeted all my stress points(particularly my shoulders) and made me melt. I felt light at the end of the session. Shoutout to my masseuse, Jena, was highly experienced and was so kind. Very unique and memorable experience for sure! We’ll be back 😊

I loved it!!! I’ve never really been to a salon before but I felt soo comfortable with Jenna and she was super sweet. The products felt great on my skin too, they smell lovely and the building is very clean and gorgeous too. I’ll definitely come back around before any other big events :)

Jenna has been looking after me for the past couple of weeks since my second trimester of pregnancy. I’m now in my third trimester and my time with Jenna is hands down the highlight of my week. She manages to soothe all my aches and pains and I always leave rejuvenated. Thank you Jenna.

I received a birthday voucher and had a massage today by the lovely Jessie. She catered to my needs, offering me tea and water (before and after my session) and Jessie gave me the best massage I have ever had, both in Melbourne and overseas. The staff (including Jessie) were very friendly and extremely attentive to me at all times. I was so impressed, that I’ve booked another appointment. Book an appointment! You will not be disappointed!

I contacted this business to use a voucher I had and to also book my partner in for a treatment. Unknowingly, the voucher had expired just 7 weeks earlier. Despite this being an honest mistake, and despite the fact that I was also making an additional paid booking, there was zero flexibility or goodwill shown. What makes this worse is that, after reading other reviews, this appears to be a consistent issue. There are multiple accounts of the same rigid, unsympathetic attitude including towards customers who had to cancel due to going into labour. If a business can’t show understanding in situations like that, it says everything about their approach to customers. As a result, I cancelled the entire booking. As local residents they could have secured two long-term customers, but chose to lose two customers for life. Extremely disappointing. This business seems more interested in enforcing policies than building relationships with customers. Good luck for the future.
