I had an amazing experience thanks to Allison and Tara! They were incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Their knowledge and guidance in suggesting the right treatments made the entire process smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service. Highly recommend this clinic and these amazing women.

Have just started my journey with Allison and her fabulous team at Charlestown clinic. Their professionalism, knowledge and advise made decisions regarding treatment very easy with absolutely no pressure or “big sell”. In fact I was able to take advantage of a huge 50% discount sale! Additionally their warm, friendly and encouraging personalities made me feel very safe and comfortable. Every step in the process of the treatment and what to expect afterwards was carefully explained and I was treated very gently and with respect. The rooms and premises are modern and spotlessly clean and you can rest quietly during treatment or take advantage of accessing Netflix on big screens if you wish! I don’t have actual visible results as yet, having only had one treatment, but I have no doubt that I will be delighted with the final outcome!

- Update clarification - services were provided at Body Sculpting Clinic at Greenhills (East Maitland), not Charlestown I opted for HIFU treatment on my stomach following the clinic’s recommendation. Unfortunately, the results worsened the appearance of the area, causing noticeable asymmetry. One section appeared sunken, while another treated area developed a bulge. On the day of my appointment, I was offered a discounted HIFU treatment for my face, which I agreed to and prepaid before seeing the results of the stomach treatment. Once I became aware of the adverse outcome, I attempted to cancel the facial HIFU appointment; however, the clinic refused to issue a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Body Sculpting Clinic. The treatment was costly, and the outcome left me with concerns about uneven results and the risk of disfigurement.

I have had 3 x skin needling treatments here at BSC Charlestown over the past 4 months and my skin has proved in texture and feels more plump and youthful. Highly recommend!

Amanda was naturally honestly friendly. but focused and professional. She was vigilant about weather I had pain and encouraging all along praising me It was a pleasure to have her.
