I indulged in a 1-hour and 30-minute full-body massage, and it was simply amazing. From the moment I entered the spa, I was greeted with a serene and beautiful environment. They offered me a soothing cup of tea to start, creating a sense of relaxation from the beginning. Nolwenn took the time to explain the treatment thoroughly and asked about my preferred intensity level and any specific concerns I had, ensuring a personalized experience. The treatment rooms were impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and warm, enhancing the overall relaxation. Nolwenn's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the session, making me feel completely at ease and in good hands. Was a very nice massage. My therapist was amazing and actually had a technique to get knots out. I would recommend. I do feel like the actual spa area could be updated considering the intercontinental is extremely nice and it feels like it lacks a homely feel. The rooms were very nice but the waiting area and the reception seemed a bit average
The most beautiful and deeply healing beauty treatment I’ve ever had! From the second I stepped inside I felt so welcomed and taken care of. India did my massage/dry brush/facial and I have never felt so looked after. Magic hands that listened to what I asked for, and responded so intuitively to how my body was reacting to what she was doing. I truly can’t recommend both India and Botanica enough. I was gifted my treatment but will absolutely be returning and saving my pennies to get back here because I am walking on a cloud after that. Burst into tears when I left. 10/10
