From the reception to the doctors, Queen St Medical offer exceptional service and care. Dr Bridget Malouf is genuinely caring and wants to understand the root cause not simply treat the symptoms.

Rude and inconsiderate. I arrived on time. The doctor was in his room with the door open talking to a colleague about their extra curricular activities as if they were on a lunch break. I waited 20 minutes for an appointment that was supposed to be 15 minutes. When he finally stopped talking to see me I told him I am no longer able to have the appointment because I had run out of time. The doctor didn’t care. Disappointing to see that level of professionalism from a doctor. Cannot recommend wasting your time.
