I would give 10 stars if possible. Dr Georgina and her Team were outstanding from start to finish. They always replied to emails/calls so quickly, answering any questions or concerns i had. I felt so supported and cared for throughout my entire process. I would recommend her services through and through to anyone looking into cosmetics. She is amazing! She knows what she’s doing and she treated me with so much compassion. I genuinely can’t express enough; i wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else.

Three years later — and after a few therapy sessions — I’m finally putting this review here. I’m sorry to anyone who may have gone through a similar experience and didn’t have this information beforehand. When I arrived for my surgery, I was told on the day — after checking in — that it had to be rescheduled because a machine was broken. I was understandably upset, and was taken into a separate room with Dr. Konrat. That conversation made things worse. She was incredibly dismissive and told me I could have my money back and go elsewhere — not out of care or support, but in a cold, condescending way. It felt like I was being pushed out for simply reacting to a very stressful and disappointing situation. The surgery was moved to the next day. I was given medication meant to put me to sleep, but I wasn’t fully unconscious during the procedure. That experience was traumatic and something I still carry with me. After the operation, I moved interstate, and although it was agreed I’d have my stitches removed elsewhere, there was no follow-up — no phone call, no check-in. It wasn’t until a year later that I received a generic email asking how things were. This entire experience has left a lasting emotional and physical impact. It’s not worth a single penny. If I could, I would take back my old body part and not have to live with the trauma this caused. I hope sharing this helps someone else avoid going through what I did.

I had high hopes for this cosmetic filler procedure, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The consultation felt rushed, and the provider didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. During the procedure, I felt quite a bit of discomfort, and the results were far from what I expected. Instead of the enhancement I wanted, my face looks 5x worse off. I tried to voice my dissatisfaction afterward, but the clinic's response was dismissive. They were more focused on selling me additional treatments rather than addressing the issues I had with this one. Overall, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I regret choosing this clinic and would not recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic fillers. The Doctor was condescending, and during consultation made derogatory and embarrassing remarks about the area of my face that I wanted to fill. I should have ran at this point. The costs was ridiculously overpriced for the poor results and level of skill of the lady Doctor. I am considering surgery now to fix what mess she's created.

Horrible Experience with Dr. Georgina Konrat – Do Not Trust This Clinic! I feel compelled to share my nightmare of a journey with Dr. Georgina Konrat at the Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic. I went in for a breast implant removal and replacement procedure, and what followed has been nothing short of disastrous. From the start, Dr. Konrat did not properly consult with me. There was minimal discussion about the procedure, no discussion regarding what size and profile implants that would be used and I was not adequately informed about what to expect. After the surgery, my breasts were immediately asymmetrical, and I was told it was just swelling and would settle down. Unfortunately, the swelling subsided, but my breasts were still completely different sizes and shapes. The situation only worsened when I found out I had suture tails hanging out, something that was only discovered as I worked with a plastic surgeon who was kind enough to fix it for me. To make matters worse, the nurse at the Brisbane Cosmetic clinic actually told me, as a fellow nurse, that I could cut my own sutures and that post-operative appointments were unnecessary. I should have been given proper care, but instead, I was left feeling completely disregarded. After seeking advice from reputable plastic surgeons, I decided to visit Dr. Konrat again, hoping for a resolution. By then, my breasts were not only asymmetrical but rolling outwards towards my armpits. The sutures were clearly not done correctly, and the implants were not properly secured. During this second visit, Dr. Konrat was aggressive, defensive, and completely unprofessional. She insinuated that I was lying, suggesting I was simply never going to be satisfied with any surgeon’s work, and even suggested I had mental health issues. She denied her nurse telling me to cut my own sutures, and told me the same profile implant was used in each breast then later retracted her statement when I proved with the implant serial number reader that a different size and profile implant had been used. At that point, she agreed to cover her side of the revision surgery costs. However, the worst was yet to come. Just a week before my revision surgery, I received a phone call from Dr. Konrat that left me in tears. She accused me of breaking her trust by questioning the charges on my invoice and went on to make personal insults, claiming that she “always knew I was trouble” and blaming me for issues with scheduling. She showed no remorse, no empathy, and no accountability for her mistakes. The personal attacks were uncalled for and completely unprofessional. Now, I'm left disfigured, with thousands of dollars lost—not just from the surgery itself but from the time I've had to take off work due to her failed procedures and the emotional distress caused. Dr. Konrat's lack of professionalism, accountability, and compassion is shocking. I strongly urge anyone considering breast surgery to avoid Dr. Georgina Konrat and her clinic. While she may charm you into agreeing to surgery, when things go wrong, she will quickly turn on you. Do yourself a favor—save your money and go to a certified, experienced plastic surgeon who will treat you with the care, respect, and professionalism you deserve.

Dr Georgina was absolutely amazing from start to finish through the whole process of my breast augmentation surgery. She listened and understood what I wanted to achieve and offered helpful advice. She answered all my questions and was happy to communicate everything. She did amazing work with my surgery!! Absolutely flawless, I’ve never been happier!! She made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked in. And throughout the whole process of the consultation, booking the surgery and follow up appointments she made it so simple, I didn’t have to worry about anything and I knew I was in good hands!! I would 10/10 recommend seeing Dr Georgina for any cosmetic needs. The staff are absolutely lovely too!! Thank you so much Dr Georgina!!
