This Clinic was just amazing!! I was on a waiting list for cat 1 surgery in Hervey Bay & they couldn't confirm it could be done within the recommended 4 weeks time. I googled & found Caloundra Skin Cancer Clinic & the receptionist was so helpful & managed to get me in within a few days. Doctor Ben was amazing, he let my husband come in to watch & explained everything so we understood what he was going to do & what I needed to do afterwards. His nurse assistant (sorry I forgot her name) made me feel comfortable & at ease.I would highly recommend this Clinic & we are even talking about driving the 2.5hours to here for our regular skin checks from now on. Dr Cielo Marie Factora Marquez-Doyle was friendly and professional. She thoroughly examined me for skin cancers, happily answered all my questions and prescribed the necessary treatment. I’m relieved to have found a specialist whom I trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend her to future clients!
Fantastic customer service. Checked and operated on the same day and the nurses went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to come another day, even though they were short staffed. This type of commitment is rare these days and very much appreciated. I can't thank them enough, highly recommended 🙏
I saw Dr Thanu today to have a small growth removed. She was very professional, put you at ease and we had a laugh or two. Dr Thanu is very easy going and approachable. I am so glad I was referred to her as it is obvious she loves her job and has patient wellbeing at the forefront. Thank you Dr Thanu.
