I went to CBD Skin Cancer Clinic for a skin check appointment and had an excellent experience. Dr Christoph Thelen was very thorough and detected an unusual mole on the sole of my foot. He explained everything clearly, talked me through the options, and was very reassuring throughout. He removed the mole on the same day: quick, completely pain-free, and very professionally done. Dr Thelen was both highly professional and genuinely kind. The reception staff were also lovely and welcoming. Overall, a very smooth and reassuring experience. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

I am absolutely blown away by the level of service, professionalism, and breadth of expertise at this clinic. I booked my appointment with Dr Patrick Davis and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. In the past, whenever I went to a GP or even to a mole mapping clinic, I was usually told to “just keep an eye on it” when it came to moles or lesions. And if anything did need attention, I would then have to go somewhere else to get it properly checked or treated. This was completely different. Dr Davis was incredibly thorough and professional. Within about 20 minutes, I had a full and comprehensive skin check, three lesions treated with cryotherapy, and one mole that had been missed by other doctors was shaved and sent for biopsy on the spot. What really impressed me is that they have their own pathology laboratory on the same floor, so everything can be done properly and efficiently in one place. The whole service is genuinely end-to-end. They are also very transparent about fees and available services, which I really appreciated. I am absolutely thrilled with both the experience and the level of care I received. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Patrick Davis in particular.

Been meaning to write review for a long time. Absolute 5 star quality of service. Been using them for about a decade. I once had a new spot of concern on my forehead and ended up seeing another skin cancer practice for a quick appointment. He told me it was an age spot and nothing to worry about. On my next visit with Dr Thelan he immediately insisted on pathology. It returned as Melanoma. He had me booked for flap surgery days later inhouse with Dr Castillo. I had my concerns given it was on my forehead and highly visible but the surgery was done to an extremely high standard. Literally unnoticeable a few months later. I'd probably be dead without this place. Not all skin cancer specialist are equal.

I booked in to see Dr Christoph Thelen and I had a very positive experience. Dr Thelen was very thorough. He made me feel at ease and I could tell he is very experienced in his field. I was very impressed by how welcoming everyone was during my visit- the reception girls were very friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are in need of a skin check. I will definitely be returning for my annual checks.

Traveling with a confirmed carcinoma, I made an appointment for early in my week-long Sydney visit. Consult day 1, surgery day 2, stitches removed day 7, with clear pathology report. Now a month later incision is not noticeable. Staff was always cheerful and most helpful and accommodating. Dr. Hugo did a fine job and explained everything to my satisfaction.
