Friendly staff! I’ve been seeing Dr Poon for a few months now, he’s been incredibly considerate towards my circumstances and has made the entire process really comfortable. The nurse Lauren who saw me was also very helpful and kind!

If you have eczema/dermatitis and your GP recommends Dr poon, ask for a different doctor. I was literally asking him questions in my appointment and he was walking towards the door and opening it for me to leave, I hadn't even finished asking the question yet. And it wasn't a long appointment. I went to see a GP sometime after and asked for a different doctor. He asked me who I was seeing already, after hearing the name, he said I was very unlucky to see him and that he was more of a cosmetic derm than one for eczema/dermatitis. Ended up wasting a lot of money, numerous UV sessions and time with no improvement.

I have had the absolute pleasure of attending the practice for well over 30 years and seeing Dr Joanne See who has always exceeded expectations. Dr See is extremely caring and thorough with advice and procedures. The reception staff and nurses are also excellent. As always thank you for your dedication and professional service.

Appointment with Dr Poon was rushed. He palmed me off to a nurse who was unfamiliar with basic skincare ingredients and gave product recommendations that contradicted my history. Even a receptionist gave unsolicited, inaccurate advice.
