I’ve been going to Ciao Beauty since I moved to Sydney 5 years ago, and I can confidently say Dr Wu is the best cosmetic doctor I’ve ever seen. He’s incredibly honest and never pushy, always giving thoughtful professional advice about what you actually need (and what you don’t). His focus is on subtle, natural-looking results, which I really appreciate. The clinic itself is spotless with a very high standard of hygiene, and the whole team is warm, friendly, and professional, making every visit feel comfortable and seamless. Their customer service WeChat team is also super responsive, which makes booking and follow-ups really easy. I’d highly recommend Dr Wu and the Ciao Beauty team to anyone looking for treatments that are natural, refined, and genuinely effective.

Had an amazing Faith collagen facial at Ciao Beauty! The therapist was so gentle and thorough with my blackheads, and the face-shaped mask was such a fun touch. My skin felt instantly brighter and smoother.

Great environment for a facial treatment. Staff is very friendly, super professional and knows what they’re doing. Convenient location and highly recommend if you live/work/leisure around the Haymarket area.

Great environment and good facial treatment in Ciao. I normally do POLA facial here. POLA cleansing and BA facial treatment are both suitable for extremely sensitive skin. I enjoy the facial time here every time.
