I had a great experience with Ellen and her team at City Laser Clinic for freckle pigmentation removal. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, well informed and genuinely cared for. The clinic has such a calm, professional atmosphere and it’s clear the team really prioritises client comfort and results. A special mention to Alicia, who did most of my treatments — she was absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable, gentle, and reassuring, and always took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable throughout. I always felt I was in very safe hands. I’m so grateful to Ellen and the whole team and couldn’t recommend City Laser Clinic more highly.

I’ve been receiving treatments from Sey for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Sey always made sure I felt comfortable and created a pleasant experience every time. The team at City Laser Clinic is also very welcoming. I had two CO2 laser sessions with Tiffany so far and I couldn’t be happier with the care and skill she showed. She was incredibly deliberate with her technique—every pass felt intentional, and she constantly stayed conscious of the areas I was most concerned about. What really stood out were the small, human touches: the calming face massage while cleansing, the thoughtful scattering over the problem areas, and the way she checked in so I always felt comfortable. She listened carefully, and was warm and polite from start to finish. Truly one of the best and safest practitioners I’ve encountered, and I’ve done treatments around the world.

I received the Q-Switched Laser Facial (+ LED add-on) with Alyssha for the first time yesterday! She was wonderful at running me through the treatment process and aftercare. Since yesterday I've noticed a definite reduction in redness and inflammation through my face, as well as a big improvement in the texture of my skin! The treatment also doesn't require much downtime so it's great before an event! The clinic space itself is very clean and well-decorated.

There is another 1 star review on here (Stacey Adams) which has compelled me to write this one. The exact same thing she described happened to me. And yes, the owner Ellen does run late (which is ok) but two times with me she straight up cancelled the same day (and I was already in transit). Still, all of this aside, when she finally showed for my touch up appt, SHE DID NOT SPEAK A SINGLE WORD FO ME. Her staff (who are lovely) had obviously conveyed how upset I had been at the second same day cancellation and this irritated her. I had been upset, but understandably (2 same day cancellations when I had organised leave from work, babysitters and recovery time) and I was never rude. But yes, the cold shoulder and zero apology or interaction from her for the touch up was borderline scary. She was so frosty I was actually scared about her taking a laser to my face. I rang my husband in tears when I left. I never leave reviews (good or bad— I really should start as I rely on them heavily myself when choosing things) but I felt so compelled when I read the similar one I just had to speak out for future potential clients like me. My appointments were in 2025. I hope this helps someone x
