I’ve had two appointments with Clean Laser Clinics now, experiencing the SYLFIRMX therapy for melasma and pigmentation. The clinic, run by Jasmine, is professional and scrupulously clean. You receive comprehensive forms to complete prior to your appointment, which you discuss prior to starting. We started my first appointment gently, with a lovely cleanse to remove any existing products. Jasmine then went easy on the needle depth and current. Jasmine checked in on me frequently to ensure I remained comfortable throughout the treatment (which was for face, neck and décolletage). The end of the treatment Jasmine applied serum, sunscreen and gave me care instructions along with some product samples. I’ve since had a second appointment to build on the progress I’ve started seeing. Jasmine’s clinical care continues to be amazing. The pigmentation started to break down after the first appointment and I’m confident continued treatments will yield positive results. Jasmine sets realistic expectations within your current lifestyle habits and discusses what can be adjusted to maximize results from your treatment (predominantly skincare and sunscreen). I do not hesitate in recommending Jasmine for these treatments. Beautiful rooms, outstanding care and fantastic treatments. I’ve rebooked for my third. Be seeing you next month!

This was my first time getting laser treatment for melasma, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Jazz was incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment I walked in. She is truly professional, taking the time to explain every single step in detail and constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for more sessions and highly recommend Jazz to anyone looking for laser skin rejuvenation or tattoo removal. She’s amazing!

Jazz is amazing! I saw her for tattoo removal and Carbon facial. Ensured I was well informed, explained everything she was doing throughout the treatment and made sure I was comfortable and minimal pain 10/10 would recommend
