I have being going to Clear Skincare Clinic for over 12 months and not once have I had such a thorough session like I did with Samantha E from the Montague rd, West End clinic. Laser is such a vulnerable and somewhat invasive treatment but Sam made me feel so safe and comfortable, ensuring that as my new technician, she understood all my concerns and problem areas and what she could do to make me feel comfortable. Now when I say thorough, I don’t think there was a follicle she didn’t miss. Thank you Sam, I left for the first time - feeling like I’ve had laser :)
I treated myself to a hydrafacial at Clear Skin West End yesterday. When I tell you my skin was GLOWING!!! Lovely experience and the new owner Katie was knowledgeable and friendly. She talked me through everything she did and make some recommendations along the way. I will definitely be going back!
Could not recommend this place more!! I had my consultation (free!!) with Sam and she was so detailed, helpful and approachable. She took time and care with figuring out a plan for me and recognising that I am a high schooler. Katie, the owner was also so friendly and goes out of her way to help. The whole vibe feels so welcoming and friendly.
The ladies here are wonderful! Not money hungry at all which I have experienced with other companies. I get my face done and since I only need my jaw and chin area done they do my neck without making it an add on. I’ve been sick once and gave them an hour notice and they were able to waive the cancellation fee. Today I thought my spray tan had completely faded but it still came up on an alcohol swab and even though it was completely my fault the cancellation fee was still waived! So lovely to feel supported by your technicians who are completely non-judgmental and nothing but welcoming. Highly recommend xx
