I had a great experience with Dr Tedman at Clinic One. After seeing multiple dermatologists, it was a relief to feel understood straight away without having to over explain. The clinic runs on time and the whole team is efficient, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend requesting a referral if you’re looking for a dermatologist on the Sunshine Coast who genuinely listens.

Sent an urgent referral over a week ago and been strung along saying she will look at it soon but no set timeframe. Told by Charlie that Dr Pruim comes in once a fortnight to the clinic. Don’t waste your time.

Dr Tedman was with me for about 5 minutes and did not give me any opportunity to ask questions. It is all very medicalised and prescription focused. I felt quite self conscious after our encounter for the way he talked about my skin. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Previously I’ve been really impressed however, his conduct has surpassed efficient and is instead experienced as neglectful to his role. I would’ve loved to discuss things outside of my prescription side effects. This cost me $240 and I’m unimpressed. The nurse was lovely. The receptionist was great too.

This was my first visit to Clinic One this week. It was lovely to have a smiling welcome at reception. I didn't wait long before Maddi took me to the room where Dr Tedman would be seeing me. Surrounds were immaculate and professional and I found Maddi caring and efficient. Dr Tedman soon arrived, very attentive and listened to my concerns. Together, we worked out a plan starting on the most urgent needs, which were suspicious skin spots. During my visit, I felt heard, was provided with 100% patient care and given clear information on the aftercare of my skin following the procedure. Outstanding patient care from everyone on the team. I am very thankful we have such a professional, caring dermatologist on the coast.

Dr Alex Tedman is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his patients. He is up to date with the latest treatment options and listens to his patients to best meet their needs. Coupled with his friendly and non-judgemental attitude, I really couldn’t hope for a better experience. Thank you Dr Tedman.
