I had chin filler done at COCO Skin Clinic with Dr Jane and I couldn’t be happier with the results, it looks amazing and so natural. Response I need to correct several inaccuracies in your response. No treatment was refused — in fact, multiple treatments were applied. The issue is that these treatments have resulted in visible asymmetry and overfilling on my face. When I raised these concerns repeatedly, they were dismissed, and no meaningful assessment, corrective plan, or solution was offered. I did not feel supported or taken seriously, and I was effectively left with an unsatisfactory outcome without assistance to address it. My concern is not unmet expectations, but the lack of accountability and willingness to correct a result that I believe was caused by the treatment provided. I chose Dr Jane after carefully reviewing her credentials and Google reviews and booked my appointment with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. After spending a significant amount of money on treatment, I was unhappy with the results. I experienced visible asymmetry, overfilling on one side of my face, and a noticeable change to my lip shape that appeared uneven and migrated. These issues were distressing and affected my confidence. I attended a review appointment hoping for a genuine assessment and professional guidance on how these concerns could be addressed. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I was repeatedly told that the work was “great” and that nothing needed to be fixed, despite my attempts to explain and visually demonstrate the issues using comparison photos. I fully understand that everyone has individual facial structure considerations, which is exactly why I sought professional advice. However, I left the appointment feeling unheard, unsupported, and disappointed with how my concerns were handled. I did not feel that my concerns were objectively assessed or that appropriate corrective options were discussed.
