I booked this appointment over the phone after specifically asking whether a particular service could be performed. I was confidently told it could be done, with the only variable being price, and that a consultation was required which I accepted. When I arrived, the consultation lasted less than two minutes. The doctor advised he was uncomfortable performing the service, which I understood, but instead of a brief explanation it turned into an unnecessary lecture about why the work I requested was “bad.” What was most frustrating is that my time was wasted due to incorrect information provided by the consultant over the phone. Had I been told accurately from the beginning, I would not have booked or attended. As I was leaving visibly upset, I explained this to the receptionist, who then mentioned that another doctor may perform the service and implied the original doctor was somewhat “questionable” (her wording). This only added to the confusion and lack of professionalism. Understandable she was possibly trying to assist as I had mentioned I’m getting married but made it very clear I’ll be requesting this service elsewhere as it’s a known procedure and if you’re uncomfortable about this procedure then you haven’t done the service and that’s fine.

I have been a customer of contour clinics for many years, and won’t go anywhere else. Staff are very knowledgeable and only recommend what is needed. Will definitely be back again! Plus I got a rose for Valentine’s Day! Thank you !
