I had a fantastic experience during my consultation today with Emily-May Baratti and Dr Jamie Addlestone in regards to treatments for acne scarring. Both Emily-May and Dr Addlestone were so professional yet kind and friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. I was so impressed with how comprehensive the consultation and skin assessment was, and how knowledgable Emily-May and Dr Addlestone were with the recommended treatments. Everything was explained to me in detail, and they both ensured any of my questions or concerns were clarified. Another thing I really loved was how the consultation felt very personalised and a treatment plan was put together based on the scans and assessments done at the beginning of the consultation. I also really appreciate how transparent the pricing is in comparison to other clinics. There was absolutely no pressure at all to commit to any treatments, however because of how knowledgeable Emily-May and Dr Addlestone were and how they put together a personalised treatment plan, I felt very confident and booked in my upcoming treatments at the conclusion of the consultation. The clinic is also really beautiful and has a very calming atmosphere which really helps if you are feeling a bit anxious and haven’t had any prior experience with skin treatments. The reception staff are lovely and instantly make you feel comfortable. Overall I am so happy with my experience at Contour Clinics in Newtown, and I am really looking forward to my treatments!

Beyond his skill, he has the rare ability to make appointments feel not only comfortable, but genuinely enjoyable. He has such a warm and uplifting presence, and you leave feeling cared for, heard, and in the safest hands possible. I won’t see anyone else now. Dr Fane is an absolute credit to Contour Clinics.
I have had many treatments at contour Clinic Newtown. I see Muireanne and she is fabulous. She really takes the time to explain the procedure and is very careful to make sure you are comfortable. I have been having IPL and light CO2 and have had good results. The reception staff are great too, friendly and welcoming.
Really knowledgeable staff explained everything so clearly and made it super easy to decide what treatment to go for. Had booked in for a lip filler appointment but after our consultation we agreed that a lip flip would be much better for the goal I wanted. 10/10 really happy with everything
