I’ve had a couple of appointments at the cosmetic clinic and have had a perfect experience every single time, Rob has never failed to disappoint. I came to the clinic for mole removal after endlessly trying others that provided no real result. Rob is the only clinician I’ve attended that provided even greater results than I was expecting. He takes his time to have a conversation with you to understand what you are seeking and is very accommodating. He is meticulous with his work and techniques to ensure he is delivering the most desirable outcome. I’d recommend Rob and his services to anyone, he runs an incredible practice!

I had my first laser mole removal session with Robbie and honestly left feeling more like myself and so much more confident. Robbie literally saved me from having a huge scar on my face that other doctors were recommending. I do have a tiny scar, but nothing makeup can’t cover, and I’m super happy with the results so far. Highly recommend!

This was the worst experience I have ever received. I came here to do a laser mole removal procedure. Rob was so late that I was left waiting for over half an hour, and then I was moved to a room by myself where I waited for another 15 minutes. I was the only patient waiting in the clinic the entire time and I was seriously debating leaving (which I absolutely should have, and seriously regret not doing) Rob lasered off my moles for over $1k, and anyone would have hoped that after that waiting period and hefty price that the results would be good, but that was not the case. It has been almost three months since the procedure, and my moles are even worse than before I had the treatment done. Before, my moles were small and flat, and now they are even larger, raised and red. I have had to see a dermatologist for their advice, where I am having to diligently use silicone scar sheets 24/7 for another year. I am left having to cover up these botched areas with makeup everyday to hide how terrible my skin has gotten. I can't even begin to explain how embarassing and humiliating it feels to spend some hard earned money to try and improve an insecurity to only have the area of concern become even worse. Looking in the mirror is so exhausting and I feel regret every time I look in the mirror. I have reached out to Rob through his website and via email asking for his advice and to try and organise an opportunity to discuss my concerns. Instead, I have received NOTHING from him. I would highly recommend NOBODY to this clinic. I thought this place was reputable, but it turns out that this is not the case. I spent over 1k at this clinic, only to receive poor service with a botched and messed up face. The fact that Rob does not even want to respond to my pleas of concern speaks volumes.

Amazing⭐️ - From the moment I spoke with Robert about the initial consultation, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Robert is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is spotless and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My consultation with Robert was detailed and he took the time to really listen and explain all of my questions. Following my visit, he has been very helpful with any other questions I have had. I am very happy with my results - thank you.

I chose Cosmedix clinic for my mole removal but wasn’t really sure about how the process would look like and the downtime with it, but, Robert was so amazing with his consultation and explained everything thoroughly regarding the treatment. Got the treatment done on the same day and the treated area looks so much better already, can’t wait for the final results. I had already shared a review before, but I specifically wanted to mention the follow-up experience. I honestly wasn’t very keen on going back for the follow-up appointment, but Robert really insisted and I’m so glad he did. When he reviewed my skin in person, he noticed a slight bit of pigmentation that I hadn’t even paid attention to and carefully corrected it. His attention to detail and perfectionist approach truly stand out. He doesn’t just do the procedure and move on — he makes sure the final result is the best it can possibly be. His work is genuinely excellent, and his commitment to getting everything just right is something I really appreciate.
