I’ve always been so nervous about getting laser, but I finally took the plunge at Cosmetic & Laser Clinic Coolangatta and I honestly don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Bonnie was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and was so supportive throughout the whole appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares. If you’re feeling nervous like I was, I can’t recommend Bonnie enough. She truly made the entire experience such a positive one. I’m so glad I finally did it.
Terri is the best…always happy, smiling and positive. From our first appointment, Terri has been kind and caring and I have seen some great results from the laser treatments. Thanks for everything Terri. I look forward to seeing the before and after photos at our review appointment next month.
After permanently scarring my face and causing hyperpigmentation from their own malpractice they told me they would offer some free treatments to correct their mistake but when I went there they charged my card. Terrible terrible business. I am having to dispute the transaction with my bank
