No signage of business anywhere, no reception, no waiting/welcome area. I drove 50 mins to get to this appointment, I came early and rang the bell twice no answer. Went back to sit in my car until my appointment time, another lady pulls up and gets let inside. I waited for my time and went back, rang the doorbell twice and nothing, no call or message about my appointment being behind nothing. When you call the number it’s some “headquarter” that pushes you to download some app to book and manage your appointments. Was pushing to the point they mentioned we can’t go through with the booking until it’s been downloaded, I repeated what she said and said oh no we can still go through with it after I refused to download the app. No acknowledgement of clients, poor clinic poor owners. Poor reviews everywhere too from staff and clients. Wasted hours of my time. Probably better I didn’t get see then.
I have been multiple times and continue to book the nurses are lovely especially Sakshi, who does an incredible job everytime and thoughtfully explains the process and listens to want I’m wanting definitely recommend high end results everytime
It's really hit and miss.. I had an appointment today - I was 15 minutes early, appointment time came nothing. Thought maybe someone was in there .. another 15 minutes go by and I call them . "Oh noone is in today! We sent you an email" No email was received . I caught public transport in specifically to just wait for nothing. Was told to download the app the night before which I did and no communication there either. Sent messages on their Instagram and website and crickets
Great experience, my nurse was thorough and clearly showed pride in the work she was doing insuring my lips where completely symmetrical as per my wishes. I have had cheek fillers, lip fillers and anti aging Botox most places on my face. My nurse was very thoughtful about achieving my goals in these appointments rather than the cost associated. As Im scared of needles, she was very considerate of this and took extra time to make allowances for this also. Can’t recommend enough.
