My time at the Glenelg Cosmetique Clinic was super reassuring and validating. The lovely staff member was friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about the products on offer and aftercare. :) Very happy.
After I couldn’t attend appointment in Nth Adelaide as absolutely zero parking available I looked to see if Glenelg had availability and to my disbelief every single appointment time was, so I booked for 10am and drove another 30 mins to get there. Arrived and it’s just an empty space with a chair and can see I guess 2 treatment rooms? No one there to acknowledge your existence or appointment just sit down and stare at a wall. Glad I had that time though as I could look up reviews and when I started reading about injecting wrong places, phoning a friend for advice of how to do Botox and running out of stock needed for a persons appointment I no longer felt this would be a good experience and it had been 20 minutes waiting so I just left. I will now go back to my original RN who is an absolute professional

So unprofessional. I had an appointment booked for lip filler, my first time, and when I got there the nurse told me they didn’t have any left. She also told me they had no dental block, and that she was not allowed to call me and let me know in advance. Such a waste of time. She asked me if there’s “anything else” I’d like to get done? So annoying. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this really isn’t good enough
