This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I got my lips done for the first time ever at this place. I had a couple of small bumps on my lips and thought it was normal or maybe the filler I chose was too thick for my first time. The bumps were small so I left it until I needed a top up. Fast forward to 6 months later, I had a different girl and she said the bumps from the filler were from it being done too superficial, so not injected deep enough. She popped the bump and filler came out. She advised that now the bump is gone, I would be okay to get a further 0.5ml put in. Now I have bumps and lumps all through out my lips and a lot of it is grouped in the middle. I went back to the girl a couple of weeks later and she tried to massage it out which was painful, she advised the filler needed to be dissolved ASAP because the first girls work apparently impacted on where the filler travelled to. That was in May. I have tried to contact the company’s compliance team via email 5 times, no reply. I have called the company 4 times and all they do is say they will follow up with the compliance team and be in contact with me. It has now been 4 months and I have heard NOTHING. I have expressed that having my lips look like this for the last 4 months have had an impact on my mental health and they don’t care. Very very unprofessional on their behalf. They wouldn’t provide me with another contact email/phone number or advise on how I can take this further - apparently there’s no other way. Just said all they will do is follow it up, AGAIN. Please don’t go here. We shouldn’t be supporting businesses like this. The mistake in the work isn’t what I’m upset about, those things happen but the COMPLETE lack of trying to fix the issues that they have caused is disgusting.

I had a fantastic experience at Cosmetique Maroochydore Clinic with Namrata. I received anti-wrinkle and hair removal treatments, and both were carried out with exceptional professionalism and care. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results are excellent and my skin looks smoother and refreshed. I’m extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality cosmetic treatments.

I recently had my lips done at Cosmetique and received 1ml of filler which cost me $500. Unfortunately, after only one week there was little to no visible difference between my before and after photos. I sent the clinic an email about my concerns, however they insist they can see a difference. I will be attaching the photos in this review so others can judge for themselves. I understand results can vary, but for this price I expected a noticeable result that lasted longer than a week. I’m very disappointed with the outcome and, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

I have been going to cosmetique for about a year and half i started off with 0.5mls. And now Im at 1.5ml of lip filler and I also had botox done aswell.. I love it, and I love all the nurses i have had the pleasure of meeting. Here i am 6 months later updating my review, cosmetique maroochdore has now been taken over by one of the sweetest ladies. The only thing I have to say is i didnt look after them as well as I should have within the 2 week mark post procedure. She is very knowledgeable, if you have any questions dont hesitate to ask, she will get down to nitty gritty (give a good explanation) of any questions you have and she is very professional about it. Cant wait to go back for my check up on saturday.

Absolutely fabulous and professional service, love this clinic. The nurse is very knowledgeable and always provides wonderful procedures. Thank you and I will be there soon , like this afternoon.
