Had a laser treatment with nurse Jelena earlier this week. The nurse was very professional, quick and very friendly. I like the results i see and i got no side effects at all.
This has been my third booking I have shown up to the Prahran location and nobody has been there. It’s extremely frustrating to walk such a way and then nobody is there and when I have called each time nobody knows where the nurse is. I will say the Richmond location has been fantastic and the nurse there is absolutely amazing and always books me in when Prahran location have not shown up but it still ruins the experience and is a complete waste of my time. I really wish I was made aware if nurses can not show up for appointments so I don’t to end up spending even more money to get to a much further location which ends up being extremely inconvenient!
I had Jelena do my lip, cheek and chin filler and was really happy with the results :) Jelena was very thorough and made sure to give me the look I desired and what would suit me best 💗
