The girls were so lovely and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. My lips look absolutely amazing and will definitely be coming back.
Less than zero, i had been to them a couple of years ago and been impressed but a year ago i went and the staff were rude to me and i didnt like the results but after a year i thought i would give it another chance. I made appointment, shiwed up to find place closed, when 8 called they said the clinic was closed today and appoligiesed for the inconvenience, offering to make a booking at qnother one of there clinics. That was an hour out of my way! I got to the other clinic and was told i couldnt have my appointment because i didnt have the app, and so while i waited for the qpp to download, and it wasnt working and allowing me to fillin my deatails, the lady who was inpaitant with me and made me ferl like i was inconveniencing her kept telling me" havent you done it yet" i told her to just forget about it, i just wont have qn appointment, thank you for your time and i left. To which she told me there was no reason to be rude. I will never never give them another chance. My entire day was waisted and i was made to feel like i was 8n the wrong for showing upto the appointment. There xheapee than the place i normally go but you get what you pay for!!!!!
⸻ I had a very bad experience with them. I had injections to lift my eyelid, but unfortunately my eye became droopy. I have been suffering from this for three months now, and it has made me very sad and distressed. Their treatment and attitude towards me were also very poor and unprofessional.😭
Received Botox here it was quick and painless and well priced with good results, staff were friendly and studio was nice and clean
I had lip filler here for the first time and I was really pleased with results. Im now booking in for a top up appointment. The ladies were all so lovely, friendly and listened to and my concerns. The nurse was patient and did not rush me like other experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Her technique was good, she took her time and care to give me the results i wanted and look I asked for. Thank you 😊 highly recommend!
