I did not have a pleasant experience during my recent visit. I attended the clinic based on a recommendation from a friend and had an appointment with Dr Lim. From the outset, the consultation felt extremely rushed. There was very limited opportunity to ask questions, properly process the information provided, or feel supported in understanding the proposed treatment plan. This made the experience feel transactional rather than consultative. At the end of the appointment, I was provided with a quote for a single Pico laser session that was equivalent to the amount my friend paid for four sessions performed by a nurse, in the same place. While I fully acknowledge that medical expertise comes at a higher cost and I respect that specialist consultations are priced accordingly, this raised some concerns for me. It left me questioning whether the treatment outcome differs depending on whether the procedure is performed by a doctor or a nurse, and if so, how that difference justifies a price variation of this magnitude for the same procedure. This was not clearly explained during the appointment, which added to my uncertainty and dissatisfaction. I am sharing this feedback constructively, as I value transparency, informed decision making, and a patient centred approach. I believe clearer communication and adequate time for discussion would significantly improve the patient experience.

Writing this because I am not able to get in contact with Cutis. I went through Cutis hoping to get a resolution for a stubborn cyst I have had for years. I was booked in with the plastic surgeon who was lovely and increased my dose of antibiotics to help reduce the flare up. I was then booked in for surgery without a check in prior to procedure. After I completed the dose of anti biotics the cyst had disappeared from what i could tell. I wasn’t advised that it could clear up before the procedure so went ahead with the procedure anyhow. I got put to sleep for the procedure woke up and nothing needed removing. Which is great news but also there was no need for me to pay the amount I did, and get put under. I was then told they took some samples while I was asleep for testing. I was then told to go to my GP to get results. Fast forward almost two weeks I go to my GP and there are no results. I called my other doctor who also didn’t have a record of this. I since have tried to call Chris clinic EIGHT TIMES and haven’t been able to get through at all. I have also sent an email days ago which I have not received a response to about where on earth my test results have gone. I’m incredibly frustrated with the way this journey has ended up. Ultimately I am happy that the cyst is gone but feel a little deceived and misled. So far I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Waited one and half months for my appointment and paid $325 for 7 mins talk with the doctor. All he did was tick me in the system and briefly asked me what I want, finally pushed me out the door and said his nurse will talk/explain to me. I asked the receptionist to speak to the nurse, but I was being told the nurse will email me the treatment information later. Found this clinic on social media, but truely regretted to visit. Not even worth my time.

I have always had exceptional service at Cutis having been here for a few years. My latest visit was with Kathy and it was the best consult I've had, she was so patient and kind and explained the treatment well. She really took the time to to explain the options on how to achieve the look I wanted. Will never go anywhere else!

My daughter had laser on a scar above her lip after a traumatic accident when she was 13 she is now 16. We just had our final treatment and the scar is almost non-existent. Thanks Dr Davin Lim for your care and restoring her self esteem. 🙌🏻
