I just had the worst experience at Darwin Dermatologists. Particularly with a receptionist called Belinda, who was extremely rude to me multiple times while I was trying to explain to her the situation (as I was dealing with a different receptionist earlier). This person even interrupted me to say that "that was not the story she got" implying that I was a liar. Honestly, I believe this place should look for staff with at least basic customer service skills to talk to patients. I ended up loosing my appointment due to their incompetence and the worst part is that probably they will get away with it. Make yourself a favor and don't go there.

Carla, the dermal therapist, is a master at her work. My skin has never looked so clear. I have had the extractions facial which I was so shocked how good my skin looked. Not a single black head left. And my face was so congested. She really took the time to cleanse and clear my skin. She also sent me a list of recommended products and was reasonably priced. The compliments I have been getting from friends and family really cements how good she did. I really appreciated her setting out a plan of what we could do and a timeline to get my skin even better. I just went back today for my first chemical peel and will be back shortly for my microneedling. So glad I found her.

I’ve had an amazing experience at this dermatology clinic! A special thanks to Carla Costa, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed during my treatment. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for expert skincare and exceptional service!

I have a history of bcc’s and also an extensive family history of them along with melanoma so I wanted to get a skin check by a dermatologist, not a regular GP, as I expected a much more thorough check of my whole body. Unfortunately that’s not what I received and I feel I just wasted $300. I will go back to getting my skin checks in Sydney from recommended professionals as this felt like a bit of a joke, I get a more thorough skin check from my beauty therapist when getting facials. Wouldn’t recommend.

The front reception staff are a joke, they don't have any care factor at all . I was told that they will post my script BUT IF IT GETS LOST IN THE BARGAIN THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ,ONLY BECAUSE I ASKED THEM TO SEND MY SCRIPT TO THE PHARMACIST VIA EMAIL LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IN THE PAST 4 YRS OR SO .ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DONT DO THAT ANYMORE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS DR DEV IS AN AMAZING DERMATOLOGIST BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOUR STAFF NEED TO BE TRAINED.
