I am sharing my experience to provide honest feedback for others considering treatment. During my consultation for tear trough filler treatment, I showed photos of my previous results and clearly explained the outcome I was hoping for. During that consultation I was told that my under-eye area would look smoother after treatment, which created the expectation that the result would be noticeably closer to the smooth result I had previously achieved. At the end of the consultation I was informed that another practitioner would perform the actual procedure. During the appointment it became clear that the specific infraorbital area that was most important for my concern would not actually be directly treated with the chosen approach. This limitation had not been clearly explained during the consultation, even though I had asked questions about technique and placement. My second correction appointment took place almost seven weeks ago. At this point, the result does not appear smoother to me and the area actually looks more hollow than before. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency about the limitations of the approach before I committed to the treatment. If I had not been reassured during the consultation that the clinic could make the area look smoother, I would not have chosen to proceed with the treatment there. While I understand that the under-eye area is delicate and results can vary, if the practitioner generally does not treat the specific infraorbital area, this should have been communicated clearly during the consultation instead of being told that the result would look smoother.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with my experience from Nancy (Registered Nurse) . From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, listened to, and completely confident in the care I was receiving. I’ve had lip filler, bruxism treatment and treatment for my forehead lines, and the results are absolutely beautiful — natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. Nancy, took the time to explain everything, understood my goals, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The attention to detail and skill really shows, and I love that the results enhance my features rather than looking overdone. Highly recommend to anyone looking for subtle, high-quality injectable treatments. I’m always returning to Define Clinics!

I had my first ever Botox session with Nancy and I couldn’t be more happier with the results! I had deep forehead lines since I was a teenager and thought for sure I’d need a few sessions! Nope! Nancy explained to me the different products and brands they use, gave me multiple options and helped find what was best for me. I didn’t feel pressured to spend more than I needed to, she didn’t forcefully encourage me to do Botox in different areas but was also supportive when I asked what else I might need doing. I felt listened to and valued as a customer, I wasn’t a number or a cash cheque to anyone. The procedure itself was fast, smooth, as grossly painless but most of all I felt safe and reassured throughout! I highly recommend Nancy and will 100% be returning to Define Clinic!

The absolute best clinic in Brisbane. I’ve been to multiple clinics over the years and have had the best experience at Define every time. Every nurse is so personal and really listens to what you want, while also providing really great advice on what looks best for you. Huge thanks to Nurse Tania, so incredibly happy with the results, she was so attentive and kind, let me see half way through if I was happy with everything before finishing which was great! Can’t recommend enough! :)

Went for my first time getting lip filler. Highly recommend Nurse An. She is an absolute doll and very informative and wants to give you the lips of your dreams. She made the whole process super relaxing and she is very gently and comforting. Wouldn't go anywhere else 👄✨️
