I had my first session with Define laser last Monday(8th Feb) for a tattoo removal. The staff were fantastic. Very professional and friendly at reception and very professional during the treatment phase. All steps were clearly explained, and I was made to feel extremely comfortable at all times and that treatment progressed at a pace I was comfortable with. Personally, I felt the treatment was fairly pain free even after the local anesthetics had worn off. I would wholeheartedly recommend Define Laser & Cosmetic Clinic for laser tattoo removal.
I first attended this clinic 7 years ago to help with a large patch of dark pigmentation on my face. After a few treatments it was hardly noticeable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone wanting facial laser treatment to erase sun spots, pigmentation and spider veins. I now attend just once a year to maintain fresh skin. Excellent service and very little down time. I am always very happy with the results. The staff are all lovely and Dr Watson is very caring and professional.
I had a heap(dozens) of skin tags on my neck and no Dr would remove them as they said it would leave a heap of scarring. Thanks to Dr Watson for taking the challenge on and his team the results are amazing. With just 2 treatments and only a few quickly healing pink spots remaining from the larger ones I am so happy with the results. What a massive difference it has made. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much Dr Watson!
10/10 !! Just AMAZING staff! A big thank you to Kylie and the rest of the team. I've been having some intense nerve pain and the surgeon required Botox for the injection to help mitigate it. The team were fantastic and not only understood my pain situation but helped get it to the surgeon so it could all be done within a few days! It sounds straightforward enough, but it was a Friday afternoon with a public holiday on the Monday for a Tuesday delivery! So they did a fantastic job and just for an extra day or 2 of less pain I will be forever appreciative of their speedy service! Highly recommend them, they are clearly very professional in their craft and services.
