I had a wonderful experience here and cannot recommend this practice highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Anna at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind. Her friendly attitude and professionalism immediately put me at ease and truly made my day. Dr. Siang Ding is fantastic. He is professional, thorough, and has a way of making you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It’s rare to find a team that balances high-level expertise with such a genuine, caring touch. If you’re looking for a team that treats you like a person rather than just another appointment, this is the place to go!

They were great! Unfortunately the doctor I’d booked see had called in sick. They notified me early and arranged to re-book with someone else a bit later on the same day. They were running on time, extremely professional, explained everything so well and confirmed I had understood. Health care delivered the way it should be.

Dr Lylle was so friendly and professional. thorough full body check and i left feeling reassured and confident in my skin health. receptionist was so sweet too and super chatty. very reasonably priced compared to other places i’ve looked at highly recommend!!!

Very happy with both the service and price. The support staff (Anna on reception and Jayne nursing) were exceptional in helping with a very stressful situation. Dr Henderson was very informative in discussing my issues and came in on his day off to fit my surgery in. If only all primary care was like this the world would be a better place. Strongly recommended!
