I had a really positive experience at this dermatology clinic and would highly recommend it. I attended for treatment of persistent acne, and Dr William Cranwell was incredibly patient, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt well-supported and confident in the treatment plan. I unfortunately experienced some side effects from the initial medication, and the doctor was able to adjust my treatment and prescribe an alternative without charging me for an additional appointment. This was extremely appreciated, especially given how expensive specialist appointments can be, and it really showed a genuine level of care. The reception team were also outstanding- very kind, accommodating, and responsive to all of my questions. From start to finish, the whole experience felt professional, supportive, and patient-centred.
I had my third CO₂ laser treatment for acne scars which was done 6 weeks back by Dr Shobhan, and the results are truly impressive. I can clearly see a positive change in my skin texture, and my skin feels much smoother and healthier than before. First two session was done when I was in Sri Lanka by a Sri Lankan dermatologist.Those two sessions were helpeful to improve my skin texture, but this time the difference is even more noticeable. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend this treatment. I would greatly appreciate the admin team and nursing staff who helped me to have it with pain score less than 1. Follow up and post treatment care was truly impressive. Thanks Dr Shobhan and Team.
