Very good experience in city clinic with my clinician Zoe 1 week ago. She is a very friendly and patience person. She did consultation with me, the treat plan is very clear!!! She did microneedling for me, the result is perfect. Love Zoe, will come back next month!

My worst facial experience Beautiful decoration, bad service Not bcz of the product but the service, cut corners and unprofessionallism - According to the ad, the facial includes a 10 mins skin test by using their machine. The woman says as ur skin has no hyperpigmentation I will jump the skin analysis for u. I was: ?????? - she wear rubber gloves in the entire facial, i have been so many clinics or salon for facial, it's my first time to see someone wear rubber gloves for none invasive none bleeding facial When the gloves touch my face it gave me a very bad feeling and it smells disgusting! I can't feel any joy or relaxation from the facial. -she used few products, but never told me what are they, I have to ask which product am I on now ? -the CE serum she used is complete in dark brown/ yellow colour meaning the serum is heavily oxidized which means it is useless. -the facial advertised is for 1 hour but finished at 50mins. -no greeting, no good bye, not asking feedback post the facial, and more importantly the reception want to over charge me. I online pre paid deposite, but she still wants to charge me the full price, after I found out, no apology. Each of above point will deduct 1 star, so the actual score should be MINUS 1 STAR This is a terrible place!

I've been having my facial and other treatments at this clinic for over a year now. Very happy with the service especially Karen who is attentive and professional. Lovely office manager and receptionist as well.
