I had the most amazing experience at Esteem, Summah did an amazing job doing my lip filler and chin botox, she was so so lovley and made sure I was comfortable and explained everything I needed to know before the procedure. She let me know I was able to message her on her social media @summahaesthetics on instagram for any follow up questions. She has since been in contact to check up on the healing process which I love the extra mile she goes for her clients 💗 I came half an hour before the appointment to have the numbing cream on early, and I would 100% recommend doing that as I barely felt the treatment at all!! Which was a massive bonus!

I highly recommend this clinic for all your skin and beauty needs. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by warm, friendly staff in a clean and modern clinic. Then I met Lara - what a gem! Lara takes the time to really explain the procedures and answers any questions. She has so much knowledge! Lara recommended treatments specific to my skin type and went over all the risks and expected outcomes. I felt very safe in her capable hands. I absolutely love the results of the treatments I've had, and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment. Do yourself a favour and visit Lara in Fortitude Valley - you won't be disappointed!

Esteem Clinic at Fortitude Valley is an incredible & highly reputable business & I truly trust them with my skincare needs! Over the past 20 yrs, I've wasted so much time & money with many clinics between Gold Coast & Brisbane. I’ve experienced everything from ineffective results, DESTROYED skin barrier (several times, which takes forever to repair), EXCESSIVE bruising & swelling from rough treatment (WAY above the normal/expected reaction, to the point I was prescribed Prednisone (strong & awful steroids) by a certain clinic to deflate my massively swollen face & begged not to report it, & more). I’ve been through the trenches but since I became a patient at Esteem, I feel so comfortable in their approach, treatments & results that I now blindly trust them with my overall skin health as I’ve never been disappointed! Sienna is a ray of sunshine - she is so energetic, warm, friendly & professional from the moment she greets you. She speaks as if you’re already an existing patient & friend of hers, even if you’ve never seen/spoken to her before. It’s a wonderful first impression for the clinic & she makes everything so easy & convenient. The way she takes my bookings & has a chat truly makes my day - she lifts my spirits & her attitude represents the clinic perfectly. What a superstar! The clinic is BEAUTIFUL - sleek & modern, yet also warm & inviting. Every room is clean, fresh, well-lit & hygienic. I’ve brought Mum along before & the team offered her coffee & biscuits in a big, comfy chair while I was being treated. It put me at ease, knowing Mum was looked after while I was being seen so we didn’t have to rush. We finished my treatment & I was ready to leave but Mum said, “Oh we’re leaving? I was settled in here!”.. I had to coax her out of the chair & assure her that I can bring her along next time too! I always look forward to seeing Summah, who is such an asset to the team. Summah has taken care of my skincare needs for a long time. She is so welcoming, warm, easy to talk to & fun to spend time with but is also extremely skilled & professional. Summah has a way of “reading my face” before every treatment - I can always see her eyes studying my features carefully & calculating in her mind what she needs to do & how she needs to do it. It’s always evident how seriously she takes her work. Summah is always very clear in her consultations before every treatment. She makes sure I understand what we’re doing, how we’re doing it, the costs involved, any possible reactions that may occur (temporary swelling, bruising, redness etc though this is RARE), & she won’t begin until you’re informed about all aspects of treatment. Due to bad experiences with other clinics, I used to give Summah specific instructions on what I wanted done but now I trust her to guide me toward what she feels is appropriate as my results have always exceeded my expectations & she has proven that she clearly has the knowledge to make suitable recommendations to achieve my desired outcome. She knows my personal preferences & she completely respects them. Summah is brilliant at making gentle suggestions about what she thinks we should do but has never been pushy or tried to sneakily “upsell” me. Esteem seem to have no interest in cringeworthy “upselling” which is a refreshing change from other clinics. This makes me feel so comfortable, knowing I’m going to a clinic I can trust to understand & respect my expectations. Treatment is always relaxed, comfortable & gentle so I leave feeling like I’m walking on a cloud! Esteem is a prestige clinic but their prices are competitive & surprising, considering the incredible results that you can experience here. I highly recommend booking a consultation with Esteem at Fortitude Valley. You’ve got nothing to lose but everything to gain! Thank you to Summah, Sienna & the team for continually going above & beyond to provide exceptional treatment with results FAR superior to any clinic I’ve ever visited, all at competitive & reasonable prices! I’m so pleased to be a patient & look forward to seeing you soon!

I have had such a fantastic experience at Esteem in Brisbane and highly recommend them. I have now visited twice and saw Nurse Summah for both of my sessions. She is awesome and a genuinely lovely person! Reception was also fabulous with excellent communication and customer service! I have had some negative experiences in the past and it is such a relief to have found this place! Thank you!!!!

Had the lovely Summer, inject my lips over the weekend. She was amazing! So kind. Made the process really easy. Treatment didn’t hurt, she followed the new guidelines set by the QLD gov. to perfection. Could not recommend this business enough. I fly in from Sydney just to go to Esteem.
