Ive been to a few Evolution Laser Clinics, they are all wonderful. The CBD site is amazing, clean, close to many other shops, easy to find (within a shopping centre). All the staff who I've spoken to or had treatments done by, have been lovely, gentle and caring. Nat C. did the probiotic green peel and LED light therapy for me today, it was a relaxing spa experience (unlike some of their other treatments), she was gentle, kind and very professional. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated, thank you Nat! Their hydrodermabrasion therapy is also a favourite of mine. I will be back 😊

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Fatima today (Friday, Feb 20, 2026) for my chin and lip laser treatment. She was incredibly attentive and thorough, going above and beyond by taking great care even during the cleansing process before the laser—something I’ve never experienced elsewhere. While the entire team is professional and provides excellent service, Fatima’s attention to detail was exceptional. The front desk staff were also lovely. I didn't hesitate to prepay for more sessions for the future. Highly recommended!"

I had my tattoo removal treatment done by Natalie and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge and experience truly stand out, and she clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. Natalie followed all the correct protocols and took the time to explain the process, which made me feel completely confident and comfortable throughout the treatment. I’m very happy with the results so far and grateful to have been treated by such a knowledgeable and professional therapist. Highly recommend Natalie for anyone considering tattoo removal✨

I did a few laser treatments here with different staff members, and every experience has been great. My most recent visit was for yellow light therapy with Constanza, she’s incredibly sweet and welcoming and always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable throughout the treatment. She’s also very patient and thorough when answering all my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to my family and friends :)

I’ve had a bit of a mixed experience here. During one of my last sessions, I noticed that only part of my tattoo was treated, and when I asked if we could go over the remaining area, I was told it had already been done — even though I had been watching and it didn’t seem fully covered. After the treatment there is no visible difference when other times I see results immediately. The consistency between appointments has been a little confusing. Some sessions feel thorough and focused, while others seem very quick, with time spent going over areas that aren’t as dark instead of concentrating on the parts that need the most attention. I completely understand that every session can vary, but I would really appreciate a bit more organization and consistency in the treatment process. I chose this place hoping for professional equipment and careful work, so I’d love to see that reflected more clearly in each visit. I’m sharing this in the hope that it helps improve the experience, because I truly believe with a bit more attention to detail, it could be great for future customers 💛
