I'm absolutely APPALLED at the treatment I received at this clinic. Seems like all the good staff have left. Jasmin did my full body laser hair removal treatment and it was very rushed, completed in under 40 minutes! It usually takes an hour or longer. Personal care wasn't taken during my treatment, as she didn't mark sites that were to be lasered and didn't use a skin cooling gel. Past laser technicians applied the skin cooling gel on body areas that were just treated to soothe my heated skin, reduce pain, inflammation and redness. It felt like she couldn't be bothered and just wanted me in and out of there as soon as possible. Because of this I had to come back for a touch-up due to many areas being missed. When my treatment was finished, Jasmin asked how I would like to pay and if I wanted to purchase 3 additional packages. Excuse me?? I thought I already purchased a full body laser hair removal package for $100, however after I found my receipt I realized I purchased laser hair removal for my underarms and full lower body - which includes full legs and brazilian. The only extra body part I had to pay for was my arms. Jasmin said it will cost me $140! I was in total disbelief! How could it possible cost so much just for my arms? It costs far more than full legs, brazilian and underarms combined! Absolute scam to say the least. To make matters worse Jasmin spent the least amount of time on my arms, about 5 minutes. I had no choice but to pay since I already completed the treatment, and the whole experience felt like one big money grab with unnecessary upselling and getting as much extra money out of me as possible. Absolutely appalling. I never had this issue with past staff members. She also tried to avoid booking me in for a touch-up appointment, even after I told her I'm entitled to a touch-up appointment within two weeks for areas that were missed and that I'll cancel the appointment if necessary. Several areas were missed which isn't surprising so I went ahead with that appointment. Sadly I won't be coming back here again.

I had an excellent experience at Evolution Laser Clinic Ultimo. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, which immediately gave me confidence. The results have been great so far, and the treatment was handled with care and professionalism. You can tell the team really knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend Evolution Laser Clinic Ultimo to anyone looking for quality treatments, great service, and a friendly, trustworthy team. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was feeling quite nervous attending my appointment today as my usual nurse no longer works at Evolution Laser Clinic Ultimo. I even debated whether I should go ahead with it. I’m so glad I did. Crystal was absolutely amazing — easily the best experience I’ve had. She truly knows her stuff and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Kind, professional, thoughtful, and clearly at the top of her game. I couldn’t recommend Crystal highly enough. Thank you Phillip

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Evolution Laser Clinic Ultimo genuinely deserves one. The team are professional, knowledgeable, and actually take the time to make you feel comfortable instead of rushing you through. Everything was explained clearly, the clinic is spotless, and the overall experience felt calm and well-run. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. No pressure, no nonsense just quality service and great outcomes. Highly recommend if you want a clinic you can trust.

I went for a laser treatment and had the worst experience. The staff was rude upon my arrival. The treatment felt rushed. The girl that did the laser treatment made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable. She was completely unprofessional. After when I came out it was as if she’d gotten all of the staff together to be there to watch me and stare as I was leaving. I will never go back here again. EDIT: i find it amusing that you can reply to my review but not my wifes review that she left before me in regards to the discriminatory behaviour from your staff, this shows as a whole how unaccepting and disgusting your clinic is. you had an opportunity to apologise to my wife and correct your wrongs but instead you chose to ignore her review and not even acknowledge her, her name is Katarina and i’m sure you’ve seen her review. I also find it amusing that you can never find people who leave bad reviews in your system, seems a little too convenient. 😂 i hope everyone reading this stays far away from your clinic as possivle because it is the least friendly environment my wife and I have been in.
