Five Elements is hands down the best massage experience I’ve had in Melbourne! 🥺The private rooms are clean and luxurious, and the therapists are truly skilled—no random pressure or bone-cracking, just pure relaxation. Loved the little details, especially the selection of luxury perfumes at the end. Highly recommend!

We went as a couple here to get the massage and we were very disappointed with the massages. We chose to come here because the reviews were generally positive but our experience was terrible because: 1. The massage says full body, but the thighs and head were not massaged. 2. The pressure started out strong, as I have requested, but halfway, the pressure became soft. 3. My husband complained that the technique of his masseuse was poor and at the end of the massage he complained of a headache. 4. The massage was supposed to be for 1.5hrs but ended 5 mins early. We won't be back here again and we don't recommend this place. This feedback is for the management at Five Elements Spa so they can improve their services.

Five Elements Spa is the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and self-care. I enjoyed the Relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage, and Aromatherapy package, and it was exceptional. The skilled therapist, calming ambiance, and soothing aromatherapy left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful escape!

I was really disappointed with the service I received. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately the facial service did not meet expectations at all. I booked a deep facial and clearly explained that I wanted whiteheads removed. What I received felt more like a basic facial massage rather than a deep treatment. What was done to me can barely be described as an extraction. When I checked my face in the mirror immediately after, there was no visible difference at all and my whiteheads were still there. The next morning, my face literally unchanged and with the same congestion as before the facial. Given the price, this was a complete waste of money. I expected professional-grade treatment and results, not just oil and massage. While the space itself is lovely, the service quality was far below standard and did not match what was advertised.

Mark this place! I saw lots of recommendations for this place and they provide remedial massage which can be used for the private insurance and that’s why I come here to try. This place looks clean and nice. They have holiday surcharges for Easter Friday which is 15%. I think that’s understandable. They massage is great. It’s for the whole body and the pressure is just okay. Not too hard and not too soft. The only problem I will say is that the temperature of the room is not that comfortable. It a bit too chill. Other than that I think it’s all good. I will come next time!
